Details & Itinerary
When visiting Krabi, you’ll almost certainly hear about the famous “Four Islands” — a collection of stunning, postcard-perfect destinations just off the coast. Known for their natural beauty and pristine beaches, these islands are a must-see for anyone wanting to experience the true spirit of Krabi. Let’s take a closer look at what makes each one so special.
Railay Beach | Phra Nang Beach
Phra Nang Beach is celebrated as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Its soft white sand and crystal-clear waters create a truly breathtaking setting. One of its most iconic features is the Princess Cave, home to unique offerings left for the spirit of a legendary drowned princess, adding a fascinating cultural touch to the scenery.
Chicken Island (Koh Gai)
Chicken Island is instantly recognizable for its unusual rock formation, which resembles the head and neck of a chicken. One of the highlights here is the sandbar that appears at low tide, linking Chicken Island to nearby Tup Island. Walking across this natural pathway is a truly memorable experience.
Snorkeling and Diving
The clear, shallow waters around Chicken Island are ideal for snorkeling and diving. Colorful fish and coral reefs thrive here, making it a great spot to explore Krabi’s underwater world.
Tup Island
Tup Island is a small but beautiful island best known for its famous sandbar. Visible only at low tide, the sandbar connects Tup Island to Chicken Island and creates the magical feeling of walking on water. Combined with clear turquoise seas and vibrant marine life, Tup Island is a highlight of any island-hopping tour in Krabi.
Poda Island (Koh Poda)
Poda Island features wide, unspoiled beaches with powdery white sand and calm, clear water. It’s perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing by the sea. As the largest of the four islands, it’s often the final stop on many tours and a great place to enjoy food and drinks at one of the island’s beachfront restaurants.
